Advil PM is effective in relieving pain and helps you fall asleep. Sometimes I can feel a little sleepy in the morning but each person is different. I recommend it to relieve the pain that does not let you fall asleep.

Taking it before bed helped ease the pain, knock me out quicker, and keep me asleep when usually I’d be up all night tossing and turning. Medium-sized caplets are easy to swallow. Kicked in within approximately 30 mins. Any pain I was experiencing decreased, and I became drowsy and ready for bed! Child safety cap to keep the littles safe. Adults and children 12 years and older take a dose of 2 caplets.

These are 200 mg tablets and the recommended dose is 2 caplets at bedtime. Just be careful because overuse of NSAIDs causes bleeding and ulcers.
