I am a big fan on the night time pain reliever and sleep aid.  I missed this on those sleepless pregnancy nights when I could only take Tylenol!!!  We keep this close in the house, and it is a must have for those long achey days and you just need a good night rest. 

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Advil PM caplets were very different from other sleepy time pills you can get these not only helped me with my aches and pains but helped me to fall asleep and not just that but actually stay asleep without waking a million times throughout the night which is torture for me leaving me groggy the next day and not a very nice person for my job but now these have helped me see just how important my sleep really is to my overall health and mood and I can't be more satisfied with them. They are a great value buy and you can't go wrong with them . They deserve to be in your medicine cabinet for those rough nights where you just can't wind down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first time I have tried Advil PM . I have to say it worked perfect ! I have painful bonespurs that really bother at night. This helped me feel pain free and get a good nights rest. Good night's rest makes it a lot easier to keep up with my 2yr old ! I have already recommended this to family and friends. And will know what to look for next time shopping .

...love this product! Advil pm is one of the few pain reliever/ sleep aid products on the market that are both effective and reliable. I use this at night occasionally to relieve minor aches and pains that would usually keep me up at night due to the discomfort they cause. Headache, back pain, etc. THIS PRODUCT WORKS! The pills are small and easy to swallow, and they do not take hours to start working. I did not experience any dizziness, lethargy, or feeling "spaced out" once the product takes effect like I have with similar pain reliever/ sleep aids. It is a "natural" drowsiness, which I like because it allows me some time to fall asleep on my own without being "knocked out" right away. I did deduct one star from the rating, only because I did not like the bottle. Having to fidget with the bottle with a headache is not too high on my list, and the bottle (8 count size) had to be fussed with to get open on more than one occasion. Other than the bottle, this is perfect for me and I would highly recommend! I received a free product for the purpose of my review. Opinions are 100% my own.

It has an NSAID and a sleep aid so it has been extremely helpful in keeping my pain down and actually letting me get 8 hours of sleep without waking up in the middle in pain. The tablets are a great size too. Absolute gem!
