[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I typically use Tylenol PM but I enjoyed trying this Advil version. It helps with back pain after a long day and helps me get comfortable enough to sleep. I also like to use it if I have a headache at night and need to ease into sleep

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I take Advil PM a lot on overnight flights and it helps me sleep without making me groggy the next day. Advil is always a great pain reliever so this is a great combo for night time pain. I have a sensitive stomach and had no problems taking this even on an empty stomach. Overall a great fast acting pain reliever and helps you go to sleep without making you tired the next day!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On Monday, my co-worker and I cleaned and rearranged nearly our entire office at work, 9 filing cabinets (with all the files still in them), 2 very large desks, several tables and then we loaded up about 30 boxes of paperwork to take to storage, which I then took and unloaded without her. Monday evening, I was moving like a little old lady and I was aching everywhere but I worried I wouldnt be able to sleep. I then remembered I had received some Advil PM from Smiley360 for free in exchange for my honest opinion, so I took two as recommended. Within 20 minutes I was starting to feel sleepy, went to bed shortly there after and slept like a baby. The next day I went to work, my co-worker will still sore and achy whereas I was just fine, I told her I had taken some Advil PM the night before and she said she wished she had thought of doing the same! Not only does help with the minor pain that I have but it helps me get to sleep and stay asleep. I wake up refreshed from a good night sleep. It's nice to finally sleep again. I personally used Advil before getting these, but I have never tried Advil, p.m.. I made sure to only take this at night, and it works just as well as usual, for when I have headaches, or wrist pain.  I received this for free in exchange for a review

I wake up in the morning feeling refreshed and knowing that I got a good nights sleep. Something to have on hand when you know you are not going to sleep as well as you should do too headaches and minor pain.

After taking the recommended dosage, the melatonin also put me to sleep. As soon as I woke up the next morning, all pains were gone! I do not recommend taking this during the day AT ALL. I’ve always been a advil user, but I love this for nighttime use.
