[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took this when I was having some severe muscle pains that were keeping me up at night. When I was taking regular advil it did not help with the ability to not sleep. These advil pms not only relived the pain, but also helped with allowing me to sleep after nights of tossing and turning.

Advil is the only pain reliever I trust and have been using for a long time. I dont take pain reliever immediately after I feel pain, I give it some time to recover by its own. I take just a pill if it gets worse and advil is the best one that does the job

The day that these arrived I actually was having a really bad pain in my wrist and the night before I had a rough night sleeping because of this pain I was very happy to receive them that day. I like how you are able to purchase Advil PM's in a Vial instead of having to buy a whole box. I can't count how many times I have needed to take something like Advil PM while being away from home and would have to go out and try to find a box of pills and then you have this big box that you have to worry about. With Advil PM being inside of a small vial, I can easily put it into my purse or even put it in my pocket. Before trying this sample out, I was unaware that Advil PM even had vials, I really like that they did this.

Perfect Friday night exercise haha worked great - melatonin doesn’t always quite cut it - but this seemed the perfect solution for a night when counting sheep just wasnt going to cut it. Love the idea of pain relief + sleep aid in one. Only downside - felt a tad groggy in the morning….but could have had something more to do with the weather? Optimistic! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never thought I needed these until now! A good night sleep can do wonders for your body and how you start the next day. As a mom of 3 toddlers, it can make me a happy mom or a grumpy mom, and I’d rather be a happy one. This definitely helps me with my aches and pains, but also in getting a restful sleep at night. I wake up feeling refreshed and not groggy at all! Will be taking these from now on instead of the regular ones during nighttime for that extra sleep benefit.

If I am suffering from a headache or back pain, I take 2 of these with a glass of water and end up asleep in bed within an hour. The caplets are easy to swallow and have no after taste like other pain medications I have used in the past. They really do work, and I'm thankful for that. Once these caplets are depleted, I will be buying these to replace my other pain relief brand. I highly recommend this product; however, as with all medications you should consult with your doctor prior to taking ibuprofen should you have concerns.
