Now, with Advil PM, I easily fall asleep pain free and i wake up pain free. It doesn't cause me to wake up in a fog like other over the counter nightime meds i have taken. I wake up clearer and i feel more refreshed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried melatonin in the past but figured after a day of hard labor, I'd give Advil PM a shot. It worked quite well. It put me into a calm sleep, but not so deep as to make it hard to wake up or to be awakened. It just felt like a very peaceful sleep. I woke up with minimal soreness. I was quite surprised and happy.

I have trouble sleeping sometimes after a hard workout day. These help me a lot. These give me a gentle, good night's sleep that is uninterrupted. I feel awake in the morning, not groggy. I received a free product for the purpose of my review. Opinions are 100% my own.

This is literally the only PM pain reliever that actually helps me sleep! If I use it more than 3-4 nights in a row, I begin to tell that my body has gotten too used to it and it's not as effective. Great to use for an unexpected night or two of poor sleep though. I always make sure to keep some on hand. It also doesn't make you feel drowsy like some PM mess do!
