My only problem was that I felt like I had a hangover the next day. I had a hard time staying awake. The product really works, but I can't take them. These kicked in in no time and had me feeling so much better ! The whole night I slept peacefully and didn’t wake up throughout the night in any discomfort .

My legs were aching and I wanted to fall asleep fast, so thought it would be a perfect time to try them. I took 2 pills, went to bed, and 20 to 30 min later was asleep. I did not wake up till 730a.m. My normal time to get up for work is 430 am, even on my 2 days off a week I am up by 530. I did not wake up drowsy or anything. Now a few nights later I took it again and woke up at 130 to pee and had a hard time going back to sleep. Pills are easy to take, not huge ones to try and swallow. Yeah, that was my thing pretty much every period. This Advil has an added melatonin that helps you fall asleep easier. Awesome.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Advil pm/any ibuprofen pm work essentially the same. It makes you sleepy, while also slightly reducing any inflammation, as does the ibuprofen. Together they work great as a sleep aid for a chronic pain suffurer.

I find this to be the most effective sleep aid with pain relief out there. For me personally it takes me about 30 minutes before I start feeling the effects of this medicine. But once it kicks in I usually fall asleep quickly and most of the time the pain subsides. Advil Pm should be a staple in all medicine cabinets. Great product.
