[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great pain reliever. I used it at night for back pain and woke up the next morning pain free. It does not leave you feeling to drowsy the next morning and knocks out pain fast. I will continue to use and recommend this product!

I had back surgery 3 years ago and continue to have back pain which disrupts my sleep most nights. I refuse pain medication from the Dr and had just decided I would have to live with the pain. I received a free sample of Advil PM and decided to give it a try one night when I was hurting pretty bad. I was absolutely amazed that I actually slept all night and woke up refreshed. It had been so long since I had a full night's sleep. The best part was there wasn't any of the morning after effects.

All of the over the counter cold meds had acetaminophen in them, so I was looking for something that would help me sleep and help relieve sinus pressure. I found this and I could take it in addition to the cold medicine since I wouldn’t be doubling up on the acetaminophen. It worked so well! I was able to get a good night’s sleep and felt so much better in the morning.

I also am prone to never getting to fall asleep at night. I received these to test, took two about 30 minutes before “bedtime” and wham, out like a light for a solid 8 hours! This is great if i have a headache i cant get rid of by bedtime this alleviates the pain and gives me a great nights rest. I recommend these

These work Amazing for my back pain at night when I usually have troubles getting to sleep and staying asleep. I take 2 before bed and it helps me get a more restful night's sleep. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Whenever I'm in pain whereas its a headache, menstrual cramps, Advil is my go to pill. Advil works effectively and fast. Really excited there is an Advil PM and I'm just in love. Not only does it target your pain it also helps you sleep comfortably. The pill is easy to swallow did not upset my stomach. I highly recommend it and I'm very satisfied.

I took this after a long busy day hoping it would help ease the pain in my legs so allow me to lay down and rest. I don't feel like this helped at all. I was still hurting when I laid down making it hard to fall asleep.
