Once take it started to help where I had pain and the night time sleepingaid helped me to fall asleep in a relatively deeper sleep than what I normally have. I think this did help my body on the road of recovery.

It helps keep my cramps at bay and I am finally getting some rest and relief. I wish I had discovered these sooner. It allowed me to sleep through the night with no issue! I wouldn’t take this on a regular basis but it’s great for those really uncomfortable nights! This container has 20 tablets!
