I've tried many sleep aids and pain killers and Advil PM is the real deal. I have a torn meniscus and due to this pandemic my surgery was postponed. I've been using Advil PM for a few weeks now and it is the only pain reliever that eases the pain just enough to let me relax and fall asleep solid through the night.
