I am on my feet 10 hours a day for work and by the time I am ready to go to bed I am sore. Advil PM helped me to get a good night's sleep without hurting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was happy to try the Advil PM as I use other Advil products for back pain. It helped me fall asleep fast but I did feel groggy the next morning. Be sure you give yourself at least 8 hours sleep when you use it or like other medications with sleep aid. I do feel it helped with the minor aches and pains but I did have to take additional Advil pain reliever to help with pain that didn't go away through the night. I was give a free sample to try and this is 100 percent my opinion.

I also am prone to never getting to fall asleep at night. I received these to test, took two about 30 minutes before “bedtime” and wham, out like a light for a solid 8 hours! No pain, no wake ups and no grogginess the next day. Win win for me !

These actually work pretty well. The nighttime part is that it has a medication in it similar to the one in Benadryl to help you fall asleep easier. Unfortunately if you're a person that takes allergy medications or have a reaction to that medication it may end up making you hyper instead so proceed with caution.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They had being very helpful with midnight cramps. I can finally sleep throughout the night without waking up. Most pain killer are not that effective during the night, but Advil PM does wonders. They are a must have for us.

I’ve had a sore neck for a few weeks and sleeping has been rough because of it. I’ve taken regular Advil which does help with the pain but because my neck hurts the most when I’m laying on a pillow, sleep was still rough. The Advil PM truly helped me fall asleep quickly and stay asleep all night without pain.
