Still felt a little groggy so I slept just a bit longer but other than that, no lingering effects and my headache is gone.

While you may be able to mix both on your own, it is generally not recommended. It works very well at accomplishing the sleep aid and pain relief needed. It has helped me many times and I will continue to use it when needed. Recommended!

This product definitely does its job. It gets rid of pain in about 20 minutes. I believe it is affordable, great price. I didn't expect this product to work so fast and so well. I would rather use this product than any other product. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs a fast pain reliever.

Advil PM is decent. And that’s the best I can say. It does the trick for minor aches that keep you up at night. There are other products that have more of the sleep aid in them to make going to sleep faster, easier but Advil is decent. I can’t take it for major pains because it won’t do anything but for little strains and aches it’s good
