When I was having some serious back pain when sleeping at night, I would always reach for Advil PM. It helped me sleep soundly throughout the night and took care of my aching back. I would recommend not using them every night as my doctor did inform me sleep aids like this can become addicting.

It helps keep my cramps at bay and I am finally getting some rest and relief. I wish I had discovered these sooner. They do the trick if you are in moderate paint to get to sleep. Compared to Aleve I rate them about the same. They met my expectations and are for mild to moderate pain. I consider them afforadable for the average person. Overall I'd use again if I had to
