I work long days at an emergency animal hospital and I come home with aches, pains, stress headaches and a lot on my mind so I find it hard to fall asleep with all of that going on. Advil PM just made that easier for me. Within a half hour of crawling into bed to wind down I am relaxed and tired enough to fall asleep which I could never do after a long night at work before. This is a great product if you are having nightime pain thst is preventing you from sleeping. It takes away most of my pains and helps me fall asleep. Easy to find in store and I like that, at least for me it is works well and isnt habit forming. My "go to" nightly pain relief.

I tried this for my night time pain and the fact that I don't sleep very well at night. I know it says it's not addictive, but I still worry about using it too much and starting to need it to fall asleep. That being said, if you only need it once in awhile it definitely works on the pain and helps you sleep.
