I love Advil pm in general because whenever I’m sick, and can’t sleep these pills help. I literally go to sleep within 20 minutes of taking these and I’m knocked out til the morning time. Advil has always worked great for me in general when it came to being sick, or even just having a headache!

This nighttime version is very effective at pain relief and sleep aid (although I usually don't have trouble sleeping after the headache subsides). These are full sized tablets, so keep that in mind if you usually take the little round tablets. These are a bit larger than the regular dose gel tablets as well.

This might work for others, unfortunately not for me. I would recommend friends try Advil® PM, because even though it did not work for me, I do feel it might be effective for others as I trust the Advil brand. I have been having some pretty annoying minor back pains from a surgery issue years ago that keeps nagging over the years- Advil® PM REALLY has made a difference in helping me get relief of occasional sleeplessness associated with those minor aches and pains of mine! Advil® PM has helped me fall asleep and stay asleep! It is pretty fast acting, too- I take it about an hour before I am ready to actually be asleep so that I can do my typical routine before bed & everything just falls into place with it, it's been great! I have tried SO many over the counter pain meds with sleep aids, and none of them compare to Advil PM. I fell asleep fast, stayed asleep, and I did not wake up hurting the next morning! I couldn't believe it! I did not feel groggy or foggy the next day, either. I just felt good! I felt like I got the best night's sleep ever! And all with just 2 little pills, that are non habit forming and are sold OTC in stores everywhere! They are not expensive, either! There's really not a price one can put on a good night's sleep, but Advil PM makes it easy and less expensive than other brands to achieve that goal. I would advise anyone that suffers from sleeplessness due to minor aches and pains to try Advil PM for a night. What have you got to lose? Instead, you'll gain a restful, pain free, night's sleep.
