[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am an insomniac, and I tend to take sleep aid. I took it at 7:15 pm and couldn't fall asleep til about 10:30 pm. It didn't help me fall asleep quicker, but I did have a nice sleep without aches. I would recommend if you have body aches prior to sleeping. This is the actual size of the bottle and the pills.

If it's not Aleve, Tylenol, or ibuprofen I use Advil, they are a bit more dosage but you feel the pain going away if not immediately. I get really bad headaches frequently so I rely on Advil pm because the pain doesn't keep me up at night when I take these.

I took a Advil PM in hopes of getting some good sleep and not being too sore the next morning. Much to my relief when I woke up the next morning my muscles felt great, my headache was gone, and i felt well rested.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A well-known over-the-counter pain medication that gets the job done. I tried 2 caplets during a minor headache yesterday and the pain was gone completely within 20 minutes. This brand is reliably fast-acting whenever I need it.

Helps me sleep and I don’t have the sleeping pill hang over like I do with sleeping pills. I do make sure to take it like an hour before I want to be asleep and try to be in bed 30 minutes after taking. I don’t recommend taking if you only have a few hours to sleep or you will have a hard time getting up and a hard time staying awake. If you got 8-9 hours go for it!
