I just take 2 as needed and usually feel better and sleepy in no time at all! My stomach is normally too sensitive to most other headache/fall asleep capsules I've taken in the past but these do not upset my stomach.

Any pain I am in is numbed during sleep. The small container makes it easy to carry around. Prefer a gel cap since it goes down easier.

Then after that I could sleep pretty well. It's a great idea too because sometimes sleep problems and body pain go hand in hand.
