As someone who has always gotten a lot of headaches, Advil has always been the gold standard by which I measure any pain reliever. So getting to try their Advil PM Caplets was right up my alley. You get the same quality and efficacy you can expect with Advil, but with an added dose of Diphenhydramine to help you fall asleep and stay asleep, despite whatever aches or pains you’re dealing with. I can’t say enough good things about Advil (it’s an absolute lifesaver for me) and their Advil PM Caplets are yet another reason why!

When I'm sore and having pain I always use Advil. I've tried others and none seem to work as good for me as Advil. I also really like the Advil PM because it not only gets rid of any pain I'm experiencing but it also helps me fall asleep quickly and wake up refreshed and pain free.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pills were relatively tastesless and easy to swallow. For minor aches and pains the pain reliver portion of this item works as expected. I was disappointed with the sleep aid portion becuase it's basically the same as Benadryl. I've been taking Benadryl for years for allergies so it does littie to nothing for me as a sleep aid plus I have bad insomnia. I think this product would work better for those who just need a little help getting to sleep from time to time and/or have a low tolerance to drugs. It just isnt for me.

I often have trouble falling asleep at night mostly because of the aches and pains I have because of my job. It was difficult to get a restful sleep to be ready for work the next morning but when I found this on those nights I'm having trouble this helps so much!

I find Advil PM falls in a great little niche to help with both these issues. I take it about a half hour before bed and definitely notice a difference. I fall asleep quickly and comfortably.
