This pain reliver tablet really helps soothe out the pain and helps me fall asleep faster. It works fast and I start feeling better within 15 minutes. I usually use it for my period cramps, they get exceptionally bad and I have trouble sleeping because of the pain and discomfort but Advil PM takes care of all of that. I’ll also take for severe muscle aches/soreness as well. I just pop 2 about a half an hour before wanting to fall asleep and I’ll start to get drowsy and doze right off! A game changer for sure

My husband tried this after working outside doing strenuous work in the yard. It knocked him right out. He didn’t wake up or have any pains during the night.
