The "sleep medicine" part wasn't too much that it made me groggy the next day but I was able to fall asleep pretty fast. Helped with my backache and sleep as it is supposed to all night long.

Advil and ibuprofen is my preference for regular use, but the addition of the PM part of this is such a big help. If I have a headache or aches and pains, and it's late enough in the day, I know I can count on these for a good night's sleep.

Frist of all, Advil effectively relieves various types of pain, including headaches and muscle aches, etc.…. However, my experiences may vary, and it may not be suitable for everyone, especially those with certain medical conditions or allergies.
