By the time night falls I’m usually soo tired but can’t sleep because of a bad headache. These little pills have been so helpful to me. I usually take them a half hour before I plan to go to bed and I always find myself able to peacefully sleep when I get to my pillow.

It’s that time of the year when everyone’s sick and Advil is a life saver. I was running out of Advil so this was much needed. It has a higher strength of Benadryl hence why it’s PM. You take two tablets at a time. It only comes with 20tablets so will run out pretty quickly. I personally didn’t feel drowsy/sleepy after one dose. So effects may vary.

Advil PM really helped ease the pain to where I could rest and it really helps with sleep. The capsules are not to big and easy to take.

It took me almost no time to fall asleep and I slept all night. I woke up feeling rested like my body actually rested. I had no lingering after effects. I definitely will be getting these again.
