[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this at the perfect time. I just had foot surgery and most prescription pain killers don't agree with me so I took this last night to help take the edge off the pain and let me sleep. It worked magnificent.

I tried this stuff as a last resort but boy do I feel silly now. It was fast acting and even helped with a good nights rest! It did exactly what it said. It also had good warnings that you could read/see good. I liked the variety of sizes it comes in as well. Decent price as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always have Advil stocked in my house but have never used Advil PM. I’ve had a sore neck for a few weeks and sleeping has been rough because of it. I’ve taken regular Advil which does help with the pain but because my neck hurts the most when I’m laying on a pillow, sleep was still rough. The Advil PM truly helped me fall asleep quickly and stay asleep all night without pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Advil PM Caplets really help to relieve any pain or discomfort fast and allow me to fall asleep and stay asleep. I have very tense neck and shoulder muscles and after a long day that usually results in a bad tension headache. I take two caplets right before going to bed and the caplets work fast to relieve my pain and headache so I can fall asleep and wake up revitalized. I will definitely keep these on hand!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a shoulder injury since 2016. It makes it hard to get comfortable at night. I cant always sleep on it or put any pressure on it. Most nights I sleep on another side. Sometimes the pain radiates and I need extra help getting to sleep. The Advil PM 8ct vial is handy to have when you need pain relief and help getting to sleep. I took it with me on an overnight hotel stay, and it was a great size for travel. I don't usually use the Advil brand but I would consider using it more in the future if I needed to.

My one concern is that the sleep aid medicine used (diphenhydramine citrate) is very similar to Benadryl (diphenhydramine hcl) and I’m concerned with the raised risk with dementia later in life. I wish they would create a version that used a different sleep aid.

Advil in general has always helped me with my aches and pains but now with the PM version, it actually helps me fall asleep too! Couldn’t be happier with how well it works. Finally have been able to get some rest.
