These pills are easy to swallow and worked quickly enough for me. Often when I have back pain or cramps I get some relief with pain but still toss and turn .With these pills I get the rest I need while the pain eases. I didn't experience grogginess when I woke up either. No upset stomach for me. I slept soundly but was able to get up during the night for bathroom break and fell back to sleep easily.

I took this after a long busy day hoping it would help ease the pain in my legs so allow me to lay down and rest. I don't feel like this helped at all.
