As far as pain relief goes, this Advil is about on par with other ibuprofen. I don’t see that it helps me sleep much, a little extra drowsy but the combination of pain relief and sleep aid doesn’t do enough for me to help me sleep. Pain makes me toss and turn a lot. I am not a typical case, so it will probably work great for others.

I found it to be very effective and worked quickly. The pils were very easy to swallow. My pain was relieved, I fell to sleep easily and got a solid night’s sleep. The best part was that I didn’t wake up feeling groggy like other PM pain relievers can make you feel. I definitely recommend giving Advil PM a try!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a lot of body pains that keep me up at night. I started taking Advil PM and wow that made a difference. It helped with my pain, let me sleep like a baby and didn't leave me with that hungover feeling in the morning, as it's gentle on my stomach. You gotta try this if pain is keeping you awake. I recommend Advil PM.

I took 2 and 30 minutes later I was fast asleep. I didn't wake in the night hurting, and woke up feeling rested. I was alert the next day, not drowsy at all. These are great for nighttime pain relief.
