It's very safe and effective, easy to swallow capsule and works within an hour of taking the product. It comes in an easy to open packaging, pops right out of the package. The outer package of the product is a good sized box with easy to see and read writing on the front and back of the box. There's also a small little picture of the product on the front of the box so you can see what the size and color of the product before opening up the box.

I couldn’t keep my eyes open after 30 minutes taking the medicine. I woke up the next morning without the heavy drowsiness from others.

I took this after a long busy day hoping it would help ease the pain in my legs so allow me to lay down and rest. I don't feel like this helped at all. I was still hurting when I laid down making it hard to fall asleep.
