I tend to get headaches often and when they come on at night, I have a difficult time falling asleep and staying asleep even after I take something to try and find relief.  Advil PM always does the trick for me!  It helps subside my headache and helps me sleep!!  Best of both worlds!  I also love that I don't feel groggy the next morning like most sleep aids tend to do.

I've been wanting to try Advil Pm for some time, since I have some difficulty a few times per month getting a good nights rest. I was able to try Advil PM for 2 nights last week and woke up not feeling groggy and tired from the minute I opened my eyes. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Advil PM capsule works great. I usually take it when I have a very tough day at work and have body pain. It is effective and I typically feel its effect in approximately an hour. It makes me sleep well without feeling groggy the next day.

I like that it does not result in a groggy feeling the next day which I have experienced with other medications that have sleep aid elements in them.

If I am suffering from a headache or back pain, I take 2 of these with a glass of water and end up asleep in bed within an hour. The caplets are easy to swallow and have no after taste like other pain medications I have used in the past. They really do work, and I'm thankful for that. Once these caplets are depleted, I will be buying these to replace my other pain relief brand. I highly recommend this product; however, as with all medications you should consult with your doctor prior to taking ibuprofen should you have concerns. Several Advil products work well for me for migraines and headaches but when you are feeling sick and need a good nights rest this one worked well for me. Was able to get a good nights rest so I could feel better and rested in the morning. Nothing is worse than being under the weather and then not being able to sleep at night. Happy with this product
