I have tried many other alternatives, but nothing really seems to work for long or would make me feel so groggy in the morning times it was not worth it to take it. Thank fully Advil PM came into my life! It helps me fall asleep fast and stay asleep. When morning time comes I feel refreshed and ready to go. Not sleepy, groggy or out of it like other medicines will do. Plus if I have a headache or aches and pains it helps with that as well. I received a free product for the purpose of my review. If you’re needing to get rid of a headache at night time and to sleep with ease, I use this when I am absolutely not feeling the best and absolute day to be able to sleep the pills are simple and easy to take down and once with swallow and doesn’t ever get caught in the throat.

Yes, there’s a loopy feeling but it’s not a miracle that makes you fall asleep fast. If you have pain at night I’m sure it can’t hurt, maybe if you haven’t been on antihistamines a bit it might pack more of a punch.

It has been a few day since and the pain in still at a 6 and if I walk on it too much an 8. So at night is when I need relief to help me sleep. These do just that. I take the recommended does and after about 30 minutes I can feel the pain release and I drift off to sleep. These were great for my foot/ankle pain at night.

These pills are easy to swallow and worked quickly enough for me. Often when I have back pain or cramps I get some relief with pain but still toss and turn .With these pills I get the rest I need while the pain eases. I didn't experience grogginess when I woke up either. No upset stomach for me. I slept soundly but was able to get up during the night for bathroom break and fell back to sleep easily.
