Advil PM is the best nighttime pain reliever. I can just take one and my pain will subside and I will fall asleep fairly quickly. I would take this over any generic brand. I would recommend it to anyone with sleeping or pain problems. It can be found at any local drug store or grocery store. 

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think the product is great for pain and sleep however for me the diphenhydramin in it gave me restless legs. It was really annoying that my legs wouldn't settle down. That may not happen to you though.

The best part was I stayed asleep and woke up refreshed. I was afraid I would be groggy when I woke up but I wasn't. Slept well after taking it and had no groggy or tired feeling the next day. I was unaware of this product prior to this trial. I will buy it in the future.
