[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thought I'd try these since I regularly use Ibuprofen and also have a hard time sleeping. After trying this, I can say it didn't keep me sleeping, or make me feel groggy later, but I do believe it helped me to initially fall asleep, which is generally the hardest part of sleeping for me. So for that, I believe it did its job.

I was having some back pain that was making me not be able to sleep and with just the advil pm it took care of both my problems fairly quickly and I was able to rest peacefully all night long without any drowsiness in the morning.

It's very safe and effective, easy to swallow capsule and works within an hour of taking the product. It comes in an easy to open packaging, pops right out of the package. The outer package of the product is a good sized box with easy to see and read writing on the front and back of the box. There's also a small little picture of the product on the front of the box so you can see what the size and color of the product before opening up the box.
