The coating on them helps them keep the flavor out of your mouth along with helping them slide down! The worst thing about taking pills to me is the flavor or chalky tablets! This coating helps keep that flavor out. They also helped with my aches and pains at night. Great product from a brand I trust and use often!

I usually take medicine and this really works for me. It gets rid of my headache for awhile and I'm able to relax or concentrate on what I'm working on. I was impressed with the pain relief I received to help me sleep, but I found that my regular sleep aid works better helping me get to sleep & staying asleep longer. I would recommend this to someone who needs pain relief, but not so much for a sleep aid.

My one concern is that the sleep aid medicine used (diphenhydramine citrate) is very similar to Benadryl (diphenhydramine hcl) and I’m concerned with the raised risk with dementia later in life. I wish they would create a version that used a different sleep aid.
