[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used these after Pilates class because I’m always sore then, and I can say I will take it earlier next time because I definitely fell asleep! I’d say the effects lasted about 12 hours and I was able to sleep comfortably thru the night. The packaging is small enough you can bring it with you on trips or anywhere you’ll need a little help falling asleep.

If it's not Aleve, Tylenol, or ibuprofen I use Advil, they are a bit more dosage but you feel the pain going away if not immediately. I get really bad headaches frequently so I rely on Advil pm because the pain doesn't keep me up at night when I take these.

I didn't feel groggy the next morning which was a bonus. I like that it's a pain reliever and sleep aid in one. That keeps you from having to take more than one medication.

I fell asleep so I don't know when the pain went away. I slept very well. I felt sleepy after waking but it wore off after a while.

I work a night job and come home around midnight sore and tired and I take these before my shower and by the time on out I’m feeling better and relaxed enough to sleep. I always have these next to my bed as well as in my medicine cabinet. I recommend everyone give them a try.

I need to let you know that I received this product for free, but the opinions are all my own. I was happy when the package arrived and it was an Advil product. We have Advil in our Medicine cabinet and we've used it for many years for aches and pains, but I've never thought to try the Advil-PM. I got 2 packs of the 8 capsule, travel size containers. Adults take two at a time, so two of these are an eight day supply. The tablets are relatively small and easy to swallow, without any after taste. The container can easily fit in a purse, pocket or suitcase. So, I have fibro, arthritis and depression. All three cause, or make worse sleep issues. The physical pain from the fibro and arthritis can keep me up all night and the mental strain from dealing with the pain makes it next to impossible to fall asleep. I have medications that I can take for these problems, but all of them make me drowsy the next morning. I'm in such a fog that I really can't do anything for hours. A pot of coffee helps. So, I took the Advil PM for 7 days. It took me 45 minutes to 1 ½ hours to fall asleep. Compared to my other medications, that's good. After falling asleep I slept well, no weird dreams and only waking 3 or 4 times that week. This didn't take care of all of my pain, but it took the edge off enough that I could fall asleep and stay asleep. The very best part is that I don't wake up all groggy in the mornings. I can get up and jump right into answering emails, starting laundry or running errands. I'm not losing half of my day anymore and I'm getting a good night's sleep. This doesn't solve all of my problems, but it sure gives me a lot more time to work on the issues. I'm so happy that this product found me. It's in our medicine cabinet now.

Several Advil products work well for me for migraines and headaches but when you are feeling sick and need a good nights rest this one worked well for me. Was able to get a good nights rest so I could feel better and rested in the morning. Nothing is worse than being under the weather and then not being able to sleep at night. Happy with this product
