[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this product the capsules were a smaller size and easy to swallow. I took before laying down and fell asleep faster and woke not feeling so stiff from tossing and turning. Its great for nights im in pain and tired.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will start by saying that most medications just don’t seem to have much of an effect on me. As far as pain relief goes, this Advil is about on par with other ibuprofen. I don’t see that it helps me sleep much, a little extra drowsy but the combination of pain relief and sleep aid doesn’t do enough for me to help me sleep. Pain makes me toss and turn a lot. I am not a typical case, so it will probably work great for others.

I suffer from insomnia. I just can't ever get restful sleep. That is until I found this product. I usually take it an hour before falling asleep and usually fall asleep within that hour. I wake up feeling refreshed and I don't feel like a zombie. It also helps with the tense body that I am constantly doing without knowing that I am doing it . Great product

After trying this, I can say it didn't keep me sleeping, or make me feel groggy later, but I do believe it helped me to initially fall asleep, which is generally the hardest part of sleeping for me. So for that, I believe it did its job.
