[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had hurt my leg after lifting my heavy dog. I took this advil right before bed and I went to sleep and stayed asleep instead of waking up with my leg aching! I didn’t have any bad dreams and I did not wake up from my leg pain.

I suffer from insomnia. I just can't ever get restful sleep. That is until I found this product. I usually take it an hour before falling asleep and usually fall asleep within that hour. I wake up feeling refreshed and I don't feel like a zombie. It also helps with the tense body that I am constantly doing without knowing that I am doing it . Great product

Usually by the end of the day my body is aching pretty bad so I use Advil PM to help relieve pain and help me sleep throughout the night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Advil Pm was okay for me. I'm not a huge fan of Pm products. They make me feel extremely groggy the next day. I think if you get more sleep with them it would probably work better. I can't say I would buy them.

I usually take medicine and this really works for me. It gets rid of my headache for awhile and I'm able to relax or concentrate on what I'm working on. I really like that it works fast and it's a little strong.

My one concern is that the sleep aid medicine used (diphenhydramine citrate) is very similar to Benadryl (diphenhydramine hcl) and I’m concerned with the raised risk with dementia later in life. I wish they would create a version that used a different sleep aid.
