After trying this a few times, it really works to help with a restful nights sleep. It let me sleep without waking up with pains, while also not feeling groggy in the morning. I have a few nights a month that I have trouble falling asleep due to my ankle aching. After taking the Advil PM I fell asleep within 45 minutes. I still woke up a few times but fell right back to sleep. I felt no grogginess the next morning. By the time night falls I’m usually soo tired but can’t sleep because of a bad headache. These little pills have been so helpful to me. I also can’t take a regular sleeping aid pill because they give me restless leg syndrome Advil PM does not do that to me so I can sleep peacefully!
