Advil pm is a life saver when I can't sleep because of headaches or body aches this stuff will knock me out within an hour and I wake up without feeling groggy. I always bring a small pack with me when I travel because even after an exhausting day of walking around on vacation if you are in pain you still can't sleep these pills will help get that sleep in.

I woke up today without any grogginess and feeling better than last night. I normally take some melatonin and it was just as effective getting to sleep.

I work midnight's and would come home some days and have achy muscles and would wake up a few times during my sleep and never wake up rested. After trying Advil PM I fall right to sleep and stay sleeping for at least 6 hours and feel really rested. I have recommended this product to a few co-workers so that they can try it too.

I struggle with headaches and arthritis pain, as well as insomnia. Taking the Advil PM has helped with both. It helps to relieve the pain that I constantly have, as well as makes me tired enough to actually fall asleep at night, and sleep all the way through. I don't wake up feeling like I've been drugged the next morning, either. The pills are not large, and easy to swallow. If I had to find an area to improve with this product, I would say the cap/lid seems a bit strange on the bottle. Not necessarily the easiest to open, but definitely not a deal breaker on buying the product. Over-all a great product. I'll definitely buy it in the future, and will recommend it to others.

This does work however if you have ADHD and forget you may experience a mild drowsy feeling the day after as I did. Now I did take it quite late so I believe it's more user error. It helped with my back enough to help in falling asleep as well.

Also it's coated caplets. My husband used to get a sleep aid everyday and this one was just on time. This for 12 years and over take 2 caplets at bedtime.

This advil pm has helped me so much and has honestly been a life saver for me . This helps me sleep all through the night and I feel so well rested! The pills are a great size and super easy for me to swallow also. This manages my pain great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like Advil products the only thing I don’t like is that it has a smaller dosage. I prefer to have 500 or more dosage, but I didn’t realize that until later, but I still will be using it for those occasional headaches.

After trying this a few times, it really works to help with a restful nights sleep. It let me sleep without waking up with pains, while also not feeling groggy in the morning. Certainly recommend for anyone looking for a PM medicine.
