Took two before bed due to a neck ache and I honestly don’t remember falling asleep. Slept through the night woke up with no neck pain but was still a little groggy from the sleep aid. Overall great product

This does work however if you have ADHD and forget you may experience a mild drowsy feeling the day after as I did. Now I did take it quite late so I believe it's more user error. It helped with my back enough to help in falling asleep as well.

I’m a school teacher so I’m surrounded by germs all the time. These caplets worked great to provide relief from the headache and sore throat with the same trusted NSAID Advil medication I’ve used for years. Even better is that it helped me sleep. Instead of tossing and turning all night I was able to get a solid 8 hours from the diphenhydramine, which is the active ingredient in Benadryl. I wasn’t groggy the next morning. Within minutes I was so drowsy and went to sleep. I had a great peaceful night's sleep. I didn't wake up at all. When I woke, I felt very rested and ready to start my day.
