This is a staple in my medicine cabinet. I have really had back pain at times since having my twins and A VERY physical job and I also suffer from boots of insomnia or in constantly waking up 50 times during the night. This takes care of both problems. Within 20 minutes, my pain is alleviated for the night and in drowsy enough that I fall asleep easier and actually sleep through the night most times. I have to force myself not to spend on them for sleep and only take even in experiencing pain

The diphenhydramine citrate is perfect for helping you doze off while the pain reliever may still be kicking in. Never knew advil had a PM option! Will definitely be buying!

This is the first time I tried AdvilPM and I totally prefer it over the regular Advil for night times. I didn't wake up once with any pain and that is a huge improvement for me. If you also suffer from regular pain, I would recommend it. Felt so much better the next day to have a full nights rest.

I get occasional shoulder muscle pain that keeps me from falling asleep or wakes me up often; even after using my muscle pain relief cream/balm. Definitely made me drowsy, make sure your ready to go to bed when you take, it only took less then 30 minutes for me but I'm not use to taking sleep aids, so I guess it would be less or more time for others.
