I woke up today without any grogginess and feeling better than last night. I normally take some melatonin and it was just as effective getting to sleep.

I usually take melatonin to get my body in a regular sleeping pattern, but lately I've been working out and pulling heavy loads, so my back kills me at night and keeps me awake. Also it's coated caplets. My husband used to get a sleep aid everyday and this one was just on time. This for 12 years and over take 2 caplets at bedtime.

While Advil PM didn't leave me a headache it didn't really seem to help me sleep. I still tossed and turned to get to sleep, and still woke up feeling drowsy and tired
