Definitely one of my go to medicines. Their nighttime pain medications to make you drowsy however if you're used to pain medications that make you drowsy this one might not affect you as much as it should. I definitely recommend for lightweights and you can find this at pretty much any drugstore any retail store... pretty much anywhere

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This advil PM pills are effective. They are great for pain that does not let you sleep. My biggest problem with advil pm is that it makes me super groggy the next morning. It takes me about half the day to come out of it.

I get serious headaches but I never have to worry because Advil PM will take care of them and allow me to sleep. I would never try to take this during the day but it absolutely works for nighttime.

All of the over the counter cold meds had acetaminophen in them, so I was looking for something that would help me sleep and help relieve sinus pressure. I found this and I could take it in addition to the cold medicine since I wouldn’t be doubling up on the acetaminophen. It worked so well! I was able to get a good night’s sleep and felt so much better in the morning.
