[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hadn’t really used Excedrin before but I am glad I did. It does a great job of relieving headaches, better than Advil or just Tylenol alone. Maybe it’s the combination of caffeine, Tylenol, and aspirin but either way I always use it for headaches and it takes away the pain right away and for 4-6 hours at least.

I tend to get painful tension headaches once or twice a month, and when I get one, Excedrin is the only OTC pain reliever that fully rids me of any pain. My husband recently had a molar pulled and I gave him 2 Excedrin for some pain relief -- less than an hour later he was in disbelief by how well the pain completely dissipated!
