I tried the Excedrin Extra Strength and it worked as expected—my headache was gone within an hour, which was a huge relief. The combination of ingredients is clearly effective for fast pain relief. However, I did notice a slightly jittery feeling afterward, likely due to the caffeine in the formula. While this wasn’t a major issue for me, it’s something to keep in mind if you’re sensitive to caffeine. I can recommend this product, which is essentially aspirin, providing relief for headaches and arthritis pain. It's affordable and widely available at most pharmacies.

I don’t get headaches very often though, but when I do, it wipes the discomfort out almost instantly and the added caffeine makes me feel good (especially if I drink a caffeinated beverage at the same time lol.) tried and true! It has no scent they are white and large size. It takes about 20 mins to have some effect. They are over the counter and pocket friendly. The package is child cap resistant.

I think it is a good combo for pain relief. I have had a need to try it yet.

However after using Excedrine specifically for a headache, I think it exceeded my expectations, I felt so much better within the hour of taking it. Definitely better than just taking plain ibuprofen for a headache!

It slightly takes the edge off but I’m still left with a painful headache. The ingredients just aren’t strong enough for me. It also contains caffeine and I don’t want to take in more caffeine after consuming coffee.
