I don't get headaches very often, but when I do they're AWFUL (or maybe I'm just a baby) But nothing helps relieve my pain as quick as the extra strength does. I'm on my third bottle & will continue to buy it in years to come as nothing compares for my headaches!

I don't know what it is about them, but I've personally never found anything that works this well for a simple headache. I'm thrilled I no longer have to suffer through the generic versions. I had a generic bottle just before I got this, and the smell and taste al but gagged me. It just doesn't pay to skimp on some stuff...get the "good stuff!".

I recommend Excedrin for headaches. It’s a great value for the money. There’s no scent or flavor. It comes in a bottle convenient to bring with you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Excedrin extra strength is my go to for headaches. The pill size is relatively small, making it easy to swallow. For the price you get a lot of pills in one bottle. The one thing I'll say is that, for me, this does not work for migraines. I have to go to my prescription migraine medication for that. But again, for more mild headaches, this works well.

THIS IS MY BEST FRIEND WHEN I DONT FEEL GOOD.  LITERALLY WORKS SO WELL. When I am having a bad headache or not feeling too good. I take one and within 20 minutes I am feeling SOOO MUCH better. Not many medicines do that. This product definitely meets my expectations , I will continue to purchase.

I took Excedrin Extra Strength headache and my headache began to subside within about 20 minutes. Not only were they were effectively quickly, but the capsules are not too big either, so very easy to take. There is 65mg of caffeine, but they have not kept me awake when taking at night, so it has not been an issue.
