[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excedrin Extra Strength is my go-to painkiller, especially for stubborn headaches. I find that the combination of Acetaminophen (Tylenol), Aspirin, and Caffeine works much better than plain Tylenol or Advil does. I recently tried the Excedrin Extra Strength Headache formula. I thought it was just as effective as the regular extra strength product. Upon comparing the two, it seems that they are actually the same product. They have the same ingredients, strengths, dosages and form (caplets). I am not sure why they named the same product with a different name, unless they are re-naming it. I found this to be confusing because Excedrin is not just for headaches. It is also advertised for muscle aches, arthritis, colds, flu, even menstrual cramps. As long as the product itself has stayed the same though, I will continue to purchase and use Excedrin because it is consistently more effective than its competitors.

My go to for headaches! These are the very best pill and I treat it like a magical pill. I know when I take this that my headaches will go away without question. I do tho don't like to take them every time cause I am scared to become immune to taking them and then they loose their power on my body. I only take these on the really bad headaches that I truly can't function and am ready to blow.

This product is very unique because it treats pain three ways. By blocking pain signals, elevating pain thresholds and enhancing the pain relief effect. This will be my go to when I’m dealing with headaches and other pain.

The extra strength is super effective. I think the amount you get in the bottle is worth the price considering how well they work. Overall Excedrin is a brand I trust and will continue to come back to because it works and as long as it maintains that effectiveness it will always be worth it.

I suffer from headaches and was excited to try this but I have a history of kidney disease and this isn’t kidney safe! How ever the packaging is standard and childproof.
