I had a really bad headache and this worked wonderful. These pills do contain caffeine, so please make sure that you’re not using any other medication‘s that could interact with it. The pills are a little large, but not any larger than your normal sized medications. I would definitely recommend this.

I have been struggling with migraines for awhile; experiencing nausea, sensitivity to brightness and loud sounds, and pain all over my head. A friend recommended Excedrin, so I gave in and bought it. Even though it takes about 15-20 minutes to work, it gives me such relief!! My headache is GONE. The downside are the side effects, unfortunately. I react by having much anxiety and hyperactivity. This is probably due to the fact that I am sensitive to the caffeine. But for others, it probably doesn't. Meanwhile, this medicine is efficient for my needs and I'd recommend it!!

I have had intense headaches for years and I have tried everything to help get rid of them but Excedrin is the only thing that will relieve it quickly. Took 2 pills with the onset of a headache and within 15-20 minutes I could feel relief already which was wonderful. It is cost efficient and has a nice coating so it's easy to swallow and easy on your stomach. It’s extremely effective and works fast! The packing is convenient and easy to open when I feel a headache coming on.
