I’ve been a user of Excedrin Migraine for years, and this is just another strong member of their line. Consistent quality and works quickly, highly recommended.

With active ingredients like acetaminophen and aspirin, it is used to temporarily relieve minor aches and pains due to headache, a cold, arthritis, muscular aches, toothache, premenstrual and menstrual cramps. However, becareful when using it cause it contains 65mg caffeine which is as much as a cup of coffee. Recommend using daytime:)

My job requires me to lift heavy things ago day long and this keeps me going. The bottle is huge for the price and definitely worth it. It's easy to carry around with me if I need it and works pretty instantly.

These have 250 mg acetaminophen, 250 mg aspirin, 65 caffeine. They can be used for headache, cold, arthritis, muscular aches, toothache, premenstrual and menstrual cramps. I have taken these for headaches and they work great! They provide relief almost immediately! Also, they worked terrific for menstrual cramps, and muscular aches! If you're looking for medicine that actually works and works quickly, these are most definitely it!!! I was shocked at how quickly and effectively these worked. Highly recommended!!

It has acetaminophen, aspirin, and caffeine to provide pain relief! The package comes with 100 caplets, which means this is a great value for your money. There isn’t much of a scent to this product, though it does seem durable. Talk to your doctor to see if Excedrin might work for you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just had a baby 2 weeks ago. Whata perfect combination of pain relief and caffeine! Lack of sleep with a newborn has been giving me intense headaches- thanks to this product, with the caffeine included, the headaches are gone. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was incentivized by influenster. Excedrin extra strength headache really knocks a headache out fast. I usually take two, and my headache has eased within an hour. The only thing I do not like is that it makes me a little jittery due to added caffeine, but the caffeine helps to knock the headache out.
