I don't know what it is about them, but I've personally never found anything that works this well for a simple headache. I'm thrilled I no longer have to suffer through the generic versions. I work from home and look at computer monitors all day, and by the end of the day, I will have the worst headache, and the first time I tried the Excedrin Extra Strength, I was surprised at how fast my headache went away. I'd say within 20 minutes, I felt relief. Overall, the Excedrin works great!!

This sample arrived the afternoon of the second day of the headache and I immediately took two tablets. My headache was gone about an hour afterwards. I suffer from headaches often, so this is going to be my go-to for pain relief.

I can't go through my day without taking my Extra Strength aspirin. I have been using this product for many years. I always purchase the 300 caplets bottle. My problem I am experiencing lately is the bottle is extremely hard to open. I have to wait for my grandson to come home to open it. Even my 250 lb Grandson has trouble with it. I hope that future purchases will be easier to open.

I keep a container of these on me at all times just in case of a headache typically! I also use the migraine version and equally like both! These are super effective quickly and last for a long time at least for me. I can take one at the start of a headache and be good for the rest of the day!
