[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will not use anything other than Excedrin Extra Strength for my headaches. I don’t get headaches a lot but when I do, they’re awful. Nothing helps relieve the pounding and tension in my head like Excedrin. These have acetaminophen and aspirin so it gets straight to the pain and I can get along with my day. This bottle has 100 tablets in it so it lasts a good while. This is also great to use for other pains too, not just headaches.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like Excedrin for really bad headaches. The extra strength is the same, in terms of active ingredients, as the Excedrin migraine. It has caffeine so just be aware of that if you're sensitive to caffeine.

This product works very quickly. It's good to see immediate results however the caffeine content in the product makes me too jittery. Sometimes I can't handle it and it almost makes me feel sick. Overall I like the product for the relief and the promise it upholds but I can only take it every once in a while!

Excedrin plus caffeine is midol! And so if you have this and have ran out of midol, that’s always a good tip to know. Excedrin is what my parents always used for headaches and now I use it for headaches too, it’s the best headache medicine. This makes them go away so much faster!
