I haven't ever thought to buy it up until this point I always just stuck with ibuprofen and Tylenol but this is a game changer since it has caffeine I feel like the effect is much better than typical pain meds, definitely recommend for headaches

I don’t think these are “extra strength” or work any better than your average drug store brand. The bottle packaging is hard to open and the bulky plastic cap makes it hard to close as well.
