Is dose say it has caffeine but I still was able to sleep, if you are very sensitive to caffeine probably just take it during the day! The pills are small so I was able to swallow them!

These are the only thing I take when I have a headache and they seem to help. Nothing ever completely gets rid of a headache for me so I usually won’t take anything but if I do, this is it. I’m not sure of the differences between this and other brands but I definitely trust this one to help.

It has acetaminophen, aspirin and caffeine that mainly is for headaches, arthritis muscular aches and menstrual cramps just to mention a few. They are the regular size like other over the counter medications, which is great. Great packaging and good value for your money.

Literally! I have the worst headaches ever! Living in Louisiana temperatures raise to 100 degrees easily and I'm always outside doing something either with my yard or kids. Excederin works wonders!!! I'm a night shift nurse and needless to saw when I develop those intense headaches that try to stop me in my tracks I need something fast reliveing to keep me going in a fast pace working enivornment as the ER I don't have time for headaches to slow me down. Without fail excederin saves my day within 15 minutes I'm back to my pace and headaches vanished.
