I’ve been using it for so long, but as of 12/18/20, they are not what they use to be. I ordered some on line and they had a number on it vs the E. Now they have the E but smaller and do not work like they use to. Which really sucks. I won’t buy any more. They screwed up a good thing that helped a lot of ppl. How crappy

Overall the effectiveness of getting rid of my headache was successful but not the biggest fan of the caffeine being added. While it did help my headache it also made me jittery at the same time. I would probably suggest it to someone who doesn't have issues with caffeine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excedrin Extra Strength Headache has the combination of three active ingredients: • Acetaminophen (250 mg): pain reliever. • Aspirin (250 mg): pain reliever. • Caffeine (65 mg): pain reliever aid. I think it is a good combo for pain relief. I have had a need to try it yet.

Bottle is easy to open, packaging is nice and a great value for your dollar. Take me advice and try this if you have headaches.

Excedrin is the only brand I got to when I have a headache or a migraine. My headaches are usually gone within 30 minutes after taking a two pills and drinking a bottle of water. I recommend this to everyone who has the occasional headache, I think you should get the migraine version of Excedrin if you have stronger headaches or migraines.

I never tried headache medicine before so I was hesitant to try this, but it was very effective! Within an hour my headache was gone and when it did come back the next day it was much better than the day before.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excedrin extra strength is one of the only over the counter pills that helps when I have a headache. They contain caffeine which I think is what maybe makes the difference. They are easy to take and leave no after taste in your mouth.
