In my experience, Extra strength Excedrine works rather well for headaches, arthritis relief, and back pain. The caffeine helps the ingredients work better. The packaging is attractive and makes this easy to find in my medicine cabinet. It's also easier to open, which is handy for the days my wrists and hands are the source of my pain. Extra Strength Excedrin is affordable pain relief that works, so you know you're getting your money's worth. I recommend giving this a try.

When i wake up with a headache, i immediately reach for the Excedrin. it's keeps me awake as it contains caffeine and after 10 minutes i forget i ever had a headache to begin with. this also works for other cramps and aches. i always take mine with a meal or snack, otherwise it upsets my stomach.

Ive struggled with headaches for as long as I can remember and nothing worked for me. When I found excedrin, I was hooked to the fact that it was the best. I've never use anything else since. Great product. I find this one of the better ones to take when I have a killer headache. It helps me more than any others put there. My neurologist put me on tramadol after I had my stroke few years ago because my headaches were so bad, but after being on them for to long I began to have mild seizures & was having mini TIAs also so unfortunately even though they took care of the headaches & took them away they caused mini & sometimes severe seizures at times & on top of that the mini TIAs I have often I had to be taken off the Tramadol. So these right here help with my headaches better than any other over the counter medications & I can't go without them sometimes. Definitely recommend. Not to pricey either.
