Excedrin is the only otc medication that has ever been able to put a dent in my awful headaches. The excedrin migraine works about the same as the regular brand even though I was hoping it would perform a little better. All in all though, excedrin in still the only brand ill purchase

A must have staple in my home.   I'm a coffee junkie, so I'm often getting caffeine-withdrawal headaches when I wake up in the morning.  This product does double-duty on job, providing pain relief as well as providing some much-welcomed caffeine.  10/10.

I'm thrilled I no longer have to suffer through the generic versions. I had a generic bottle just before I got this, and the smell and taste al but gagged me. It just doesn't pay to skimp on some stuff...get the good stuff.

Whenever my head is hurting really bad, I reach for Excedrin. It is an effective medication that helps me fight off the oncoming signs of a headache. I think it is affordable, and when you have a product that works, you can take the daily dosage and have it to take effect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Excedrin products for a really long time, as someone with constant headache I find myself reaching for something that will knock the pain out quickly and I believe that I’ve found it with the Excedrin Extra Strength Headache. I will say that Excedrin has recently changed their packaging so I’ve had to navigate through finding the ones that I usually take.

This particular medicine is good for when you have that headache that just wont go away. I like excedrin because it combines multiple types of pain relievers in one pill. Be wary of the "extra strength" claims that brands make. Often it's not really any extra strength.

This medication is great and works very quickly. I notice my pain is reduced in roughly 15 minutes after taking it, which is rare with these types of products. I also love that it is pretty inexpensive compared to alternatives. I definitely recommend it!

It contains tylenol, aspirin and caffeine, so your headache pain is addressed in multiple ways. I have never had a headache that wasn’t relieved by Excedrin- never. I just take two when I feel a headache coming on, and all pain is relieved within 30 minutes. I keep a few in my purse and in my car for emergencies.

I use other things for aches and pains but, Excedrin is my GO TO for headaches, this has a little caffeine in it, or at one time did anyway. But, either way this is the QUICKEST way I have ever been able to combat my WORST headaches, this knocks them out SO quick and it really makes my life so much better for being there when I need it over the years!

Nothing else works for my headaches. I don't get migraines, per say, as I wasn't officially diagnosed but a medical professional. But sometimes I just get headaches where all I want to do is lay down until it stops. Excedrine allows me to go on with my day when my head isn't feeling that great.
