I use this product a lot since I always get headaches. I use it at least 2 to 3 times a week. It is extremely effective but sometimes it take awhile before it kicks, personally this works better for me than Tylenol or Advil so I would recommend this to other people like me.

These extra strengths are great for a normal headache or normal pain whatsoever, but I have a variety of Excedrin products in my medicine cabinet, but this one is my go-to. I had an allergic reaction to an antibiotic and I had the WORST headache I've ever had in my life...the Excedrin worked quickly and really helped to decrease the pounding and splitting headache. And, the pills were very easy to swallow...even after having Anaphylaxis from the antibiotic! I'd absolutely purchase Excedrin when this bottle is gone!

I found this product very effective. The combination of acetaminophen and aspirin r help eliminate pain, and the caffeine helps the medication provide fast relief! The product provides great value, since it combines several effective ingredients into one, which makes it great for travel and on-the-go relief. I find this product especially effective for tension headaches. One caveat is that, if you are sensitive to caffeine, you might not want to take this medication in the evening, but I avoid any caffeine side effects by using this in the morning and afternoon.
