No weird smell, I received it as a sample so I did not pay anything. But it is definitely worth the few bucks it cost. And it does the job greatly. Very durable.

Active ingredients are 250mg Acetaminophen , 250 mg Aspirin, and 65 mg caffeine in each capsule. I have a bad hip and have to take a great deal of over the counter pain medication- this one is absolutely one of the most effective. Pretty sure it’s the caffeine in it that makes it absorb faster and more completely to quickly provide pain relief. And surprisingly this does not upset my stomach like it’s generic counterpart does if I take it without food. All in all Excedrin Extra Strength headache is something you should always have on hand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I woke up with both a regular and a sinus headache one day and decided to give this a try versus my usual ibuprofen which I know works. The Excedrin took about an hour and a half to work - it did lighten my headache for a bit but it was still dull at my temples. The pills are larger than what I usually take but I didn’t have trouble swallowing them with a hefty swig of water. That said, I wouldn’t replace my usual ibuprofen with this as it just didn’t help as effectively or as fast.

I was surprised to see caffeine noted on the ingredients as I usually take Excedrin with a drink of coke to get the caffeine. Using this product there was no need for the extra caffeine in the coke and it kicked my headache out quickly. However, for me, it helps to take as soon as you feel the headache coming on.

I use Excedrin Migraine when I have the kind of headache that makes it painful to even blink, even though I know it's not a migraine. I actually didn't know Excedrin made regular headache medicine, so I'm very glad to have found this. I will definitely buy it in the future. 

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This works great! The added caffeine gives a nice boost and helps the pain from headaches disappear quickly. I've never had headache medicine work this fast! The caffeine is a bit much though if you aren't used to it.
