It does its job well, acts quickly and effectively. Take it strictly after meals. Available in any store for reasonable prices. They sent me a huge package that will last a long time.

For the price it’s great value for your money compared to the price of name brand Advil and Tylenol. The scent is not unpleasant like some medications so it makes it easier to take. I’d recommend this to anyone wanting to try an alternative to Tylenol/Advil.

I had a really bad headache and this worked wonderful. These pills do contain caffeine, so please make sure that you’re not using any other medication‘s that could interact with it. The pills are a little large, but not any larger than your normal sized medications. I would definitely recommend this.

If you want a pain reliever for a terrible headache then Excedrin is the only pain relief that works for me. It does have caffeine in it, however, they do make a pm version of this. Also note that if you have an intolerance or unable to take aspirin do not use this because it does have aspirin.  I definitely stand behind Excedrin!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excedrin Extra Strength provides decent headache relief with a relatively gentle impact on the stomach. The capsule size is convenient, making them easy to swallow. I have to take 2 for it to help. But it does help.

This is my go to headache medicine. I was disappointed when it wasn’t available for a while. I was scared it might be discontinued. I was happy when it went back on the shelves. This gives me the fastest relief. You have to be careful if you haven’t eaten or drink coffee because this does have caffeine in the product so be mindful when you take this product. I have to eat before taking any kind of caffeine or it will make me sick.

My headache was gone within 10 minutes of taking Excedrin extra strength headache. It was gone pretty fast that I didn’t notice when it went away. I don’t get migraines but I frequently have tension headaches or sometimes headaches around my sinuses. This is 250mg of acetaminophen and 250 mg of aspirin as well as 65 mg of caffeine. The tablets are quite large but I had no problems when taken with water. You can take 2 tablets every 6 hours. I do like this product as it is very effective at reducing headaches.
