I was ready to try anything and I gave the Exedrin Exrra Strength a try and was happy with it. I took one dose (2 pills) in the morning and had a great day with sinus headache relief! I will definitely be keeping this on hand all the time.

I would definitely recommend excedrin for pain treatment. It comes in a container that is easy to store and it keeps the medication safe.

Did you know caffeine can help pain relievers work better? Excedrin extra strength tablets contains acetaminophen, aspirin, and about the same amount of caffeine that would be found in a small coffee. The caffeine helps the aspirin and acetaminophen work better, so it is what I recommend for a bad headache. If you can safely take these ingredients, and have the occasional throbbing headache, this might help you deal with Karen at work a little better :)

I took this when I had a major headache and it helped within 30 minutes. The pills are easy to take and are fast acting. They also provide you 100 tablets and you only need 1 or 2 per use which helps with cost. I highly recommend this product if you have headaches!

This product works better and faster than others on the market. When I get a really bad headache this is the product I choose over any others and I use to use other brands so I know how all the others work compared to this one. Excedrin Extra Strength is by far superior compared to others on the market in my opinion. I would recommend this to my family and friends in a heart beat.

Excederin is my go to pain relief when all others fail. It works effectively and doesn't take as long as some other pain relief medications. I'm not big on taking medication but when I do I like to go to one that'll help me from the start like this product does.

It helps with headaches and pain, and works well within 30 minutes after ingesting it. It contains Acetaminophen (250 mg) and aspirin (250 mg) along with caffeine (65 mg) in it. I was skeptical about caffeine as it did make me sleepy but it helped alleviate that uncomfortable headache feeling within half an hour. There is no nasty taste or scent, and the pills are very easy to ingest with a quick swig of water. The bottle is very easy to open. I've found the average effectiveness of medicine is about 4 - 6 hours. Do recommend it for quick pain relief.

Also, effective in helping with foot pain too. Definitely want to use this for headaches now instead of ibuprofen.
