This medication helps with those throbbing headaches especially when you’re on your monthly cycle too. It’s a basic pill bottle but only has 24 pills which is on the smaller side.

My family and I have used Excedrine Extra Strength Headache medicine before, so this isn't new for us, but we haven't used it in a few years. I tried using it 2-3 times and I feel that it helped my headache once out of those times. This isn't the absolute best medication to help, but it isn't the worst one to help either. Unless someone in my family asked for this specific medicine I probably wouldn't buy it otherwise.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Of all the over the counter headache medicine this one takes the fastest effect into being able to stop my headaches within 30 minutes to an hour after taking. It is an average size pill that taken with water goes down smooth with no scent or aftertaste. Packaging is easy to open so I do not struggle during a headache that causes frustration when you already feel bad and can not get to the medicine to help you. They have been around for a reason, because they are effective in reducing pain.

When I get my period I’m going to try this for the cramps and see if it works because the box says it’s not just for headaches ;)

This is the only product that I can take and know that it will get rid of my headaches. I no longer bother with anything else. It worth spending the extra few dollars when you know that its effective and gets the job done. I am completely satisfied with this product.
