After a long, exhausting day at work, I had a horrible headache that just wouldn’t go away. I decided to take Excedrin, and within 20 minutes, I could feel the relief kicking in. It’s easy to take and incredibly effective, cutting through the pain quickly and allowing me to get back to feeling normal. This is definitely my #1 choice for fast and reliable headache relief.

This is pretty great stuff. I would compare it to Aleve, which is my go to in regards to everything pain related. It works really quickly and doesn't stop working until it says it should. I only have to take it twice a day for it to really work and keep my pain at bay. It's great.

The direction was somewhat difficult to find but I eventually found it at the bottom of the box: Two tablets every 6 hours and it actually starts working in 15 min.

I took this when I had a major headache and it helped within 30 minutes. The pills are easy to take and are fast acting. They also provide you 100 tablets and you only need 1 or 2 per use which helps with cost. I highly recommend this product if you have headaches!

And it never disappoints, this is actually my first time using the Extra Strength one and wow. I have cramps right now and I pop two of these and it REALLY helps! High recommend over any other pain relief medication
