I like that they include a combo of acetaminophen, aspirin and caffeine to help relieve headaches and pain! Excedrin extra strength starts to work pretty fast after being taken, and last a while before needing to retake them. This bottle comes with a good amount of caplets for the price. My family and I have used Excedrine Extra Strength Headache medicine before, so this isn't new for us, but we haven't used it in a few years. I tried using it 2-3 times and I feel that it helped my headache once out of those times. This isn't the absolute best medication to help, but it isn't the worst one to help either. Unless someone in my family asked for this specific medicine I probably wouldn't buy it otherwise.

Which is nice because a lot of headaches are caused by lack of caffeine. It keeps me from needing to drink caffeine and take Tylenol. These are a 2 in 1. So easy and effective. I love them.
