The Excedrin Extra Strength Headache combines acetaminophen and aspirin to alleviate headache pain. Aspirin is an NSAID, which I typically stay away from, but it is not as bad as ibuprofen so I'll take on rare occasions that need it. This worked pretty good for my lesser stress headaches. My son who has worse headaches said it was more just okay for him.

If I have a headache I swear by this. It works better then any other Ive tried. When they removed from the market for a bit, j tried everything and was so happy it returned. I use to rely on coffee for an added bit of caffeine boost to help get rid of my headache when I took other meds. But Excedrin has caffeine right in there, and it's just enough to boost the headache fighting power! I've been so surprised at how well it works and how quickly it gives me relief!
