[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually take ibuprofen for a headache, but right after I got these I got a headache so instead of taking ibuprofen I gave these a try. These definitely helped relieve my headache quickly and even though it had caffeine in it, it didn’t make me jittery. 

I have been redeemed from the grip of a migraine with help of Excedrin extra strength,not sure if I  was dehydrated or over heated ..my head was thumping and my son ran out and rescue me with this bottle and water,after one hour I was in perfect health

Best medicine for a headache by far! About 15 mins after taking it my headache has completely gone away. I also like you use this around the time mother nature pays her visit. It helps with cramping and of course the migraines. I would recommend this to anyone.

I normally get headache and have to take medicine once a day. But with this , I don’t have to take in 2-3 days. It’s fresh and package helps it stay fresh long. It’s a lot in a small package .

Definitely a value for your money. I would recommend this to my family and friends because it covers the worst of my headaches.

Overall the effectiveness of getting rid of my headache was successful but not the biggest fan of the caffeine being added. While it did help my headache it also made me jittery at the same time. I would probably suggest it to someone who doesn't have issues with caffeine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excedrin is a household name. It is something most people have used at least once because of its efficiency. The caplets are a really decent size so easy to swallow. I tend to believe all caplets leave a bad taste in the mouth if your don't swallow them quickly so just be advised about that. The lid isn't my favorite lid. It is one that you push down and turn and sometimes those are just a pain but the medicine itself does what it needs to do and quickly I would recommend to anyone.
