Great fast working product! The drug combination is effective and efficient. Store brands work as well, and are typically less expensive. Starts working on pain in around 30 minutes. Several Excedrin products have the same ingredients but different labels.

Unfortunately, I did have to use this today because I had a terrible headache. But I will say, this is a miracle medicine.
