I don't know what it is about them, but I've personally never found anything that works this well for a simple headache. I'm thrilled I no longer have to suffer through the generic versions. I had a generic bottle just before I got this, and the smell and taste al but gagged me. It just doesn't pay to skimp on some stuff...get the "good stuff!".

The bottle has 100 caplets of extra strength headache relief. It contains acetaminophen (250 mg), aspirin (250 mg) and caffeine (65 mg). The caplets are semi small and bottle opens quick (push down and turn). It provided pain relief during a headache. The bottle is small enough to carry in your purse and even to keep a bottle on hand at work and at home. It does have caffeine so if someone is sensitive to caffeine just to keep that in mind.

Honestly I hate taking medication. But every once in a while i get the most awful headaches where I chug some coffee and have to take Excedrin Extra Strength Acetaminophen Aspirin Nsaid And Caffeine Pain Reliefpain Relief Aid Geltabs 20 Ct Box. If I don’t I’m stuck in bed all day with my eyes closed. This is magic!

Of course this isn't the best for everyone, especially for those who are on blood thinners, but if u have no issues, I'd high recommend this! Pills are the normal size oblong pills. Still easy to swallow. Nothing else to say. They work!

I started using Excedrin about a year ago. I get frequent headaches. I can wake up in the morning with a headache and go to sleep that same night with a headache. And Excedrin really did help me. Within two hours of taking 2 pills of 250mg my headache was gone. It has really changed my day to day bc now I don't just lay in bed in pain. I take these and within 2 hours I'm up and doing things would REALLY recommend
