I suffer from daily headaches that, if left untreated, become migraines. I use Excedrin Extra Strength at the onset of a headache and this usually provides lasting relief.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This combines acetaminophen, aspirin, and caffeine. It was helpful for headaches and menstrual cramps. However, you could also purchase the acetaminophen (Tylenol), aspirin, and caffeine separately, which would likely be cheaper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow this is such a good product!! As someone who gets headaches almost every day, this is been a lifesaver!! I have seen really good results from taking this and i feel like this has worked better than other medicines i have tried.

I wish Excedrin worked for my chronic daily headaches, but it doesn't. I do know plenty of people who can take 2 and knock out a headache like that 👊 I'm glad this works for other people, it just doesn't for me. It is probably the one of the better pain relievers out there I would say. As long as you're not sensitive to caffeine, allergic to Tylenol, or have issues with aspirin. It's a good combo to help with pain.

Migraines are the worst, and mine dont seem to go away. I've tried everything, but the only thing that ever seems to work for me is Excedrin Migraine and darkness to sleep it off. It doesnt get rid of the migraine (but then nothing does, so you can hardly hold that against it), but it dims it just enough to get to sleep and not want to scream. To me, that is success.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Headaches will disappear quickly along with other aches and pains. There’s enough coating on the tablets for them to slide down easily. There’s enough coating pills are larger than I prefer but very effective. The plastic bottle has a child proof lid that isn’t hard on arthritis ridden hands. I didn’t notice an odor to the tablets.

I was right this worked within 20 minutes and kept my headache away all day. Definitely thankful for the pain relief.

If you want a pain reliever for a terrible headache then Excedrin is the only pain relief that works for me. It does have caffeine in it, however, they do make a pm version of this. Also note that if you have an intolerance or unable to take aspirin do not use this because it does have aspirin.  I definitely stand behind Excedrin!
