This product works ok. You have to take too many to get it to knock out a migraine. It works for normal headaches but even then it takes too long to work. You are better off getting a different product.

These are phenomenal they kill all the pain o my body to make my day easier on me I can carry my 3 year and drag my 5 year old around with out extreme pain

I generally try to avoid taking pain medication, but when I have a worsening headache Excedrin is my go-to. It takes about 20 minutes to relieve the pain, and generally lasts all day. Thankful to have found something to help!

Extra Strength Excedrin is great for most of the headaches I get. When I get a migraine I take sumatriptan. But I never like being without Extra Strength Excedrin !
